If you are not completely satisfied with your Rahua purchase, we accept returns of lightly used products within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Pack Your Items

  Securely pack the items in their original packaging to prevent damage during transit.

  Attach Label

  Print and attach the prepaid shipping label provided via our return portal to your package.

• 4.
  Receive Refund

  Once received and inspected, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
